Hosted by Riana Taclas of RST Alchemy, Riana is trained as a Breathwork Facilitator by Reiki Master Teachers Chanel Durley and Laura Pensiero. She was first introduced to breathwork working as a CNA in the hospital then later attended online breathwork containers as a way to cope with anxiety. She fell in love with the practice and now shares it with her community.
