Workshops

Interested in hosting a workshop either educational, cultural, or art and craft related? We would love to host workshops that bring community and rich culture together. While all are interesting, we are most interested in workshops that derive from a cultural lineage with facilitators that are from that lineage. Please share with us your workshop idea!

Movement

We are intentionally taking time to build a robust schedule of weekly movement classes in various forms: Qi Gong, Tai Qi, breath work, HIIT, booty band, TRX, functional patterns, functional movement, and more. We are currently NOT looking for yoga classes. We hope to bring together those of diverse backgrounds and support communities with underserved representation firstly, but all are welcome to apply here.

Work Trade

We recognize that acupuncture and self care is a luxury not accessible to all. While we try our best to offer varying levels of financial accessibility that still allow us to pay rent and care for our families, we hope to also offer accessibility through energy exchange.
